LSS Board needs You
On July 12, the Lithuanian National Union of Students (LSS) Council meeting will elect one Board member for a two-year term. The LSS Board is a collegial governing body consisting of seven persons: the President (ex officio) and six full LSS members elected by the Council or their former representatives. In order to run for the Board, the following documents must be submitted by June 28, 23:59, by e-mail to pk@lss.lt (the subject of the email must be: “Board Elections”): at least three recommendations from full members; a resume; a cover letter. A Board member cannot simultaneously hold the positions of Vice President, LSS employee or Council member. Also, his/her powers cease if he/she becomes Vice President, a member of the Council or the Supervisory Committee or starts working at LSS.
